What DankPickz Is
DankPickz is a discovery and education platform. We do not sell, hold, or deliver cannabis. Purchases are made directly through licensed dispensaries.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misrepresent your age, identity, or location.
- Do not use DankPickz for illegal activity or to facilitate the sale of cannabis.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform.
- Do not post content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
Content & Reviews
Reviews, notes, and ratings you submit are yours, but you grant DankPickz a non-exclusive license to display and share them within the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Merchandise
Apparel and accessories sold through DankPickz are governed by our shipping and returns policy. Cannabis products are never sold or shipped through DankPickz.
