Every visitor is age-gated on entry. Accounts and purchases require verified age confirmation in line with applicable cannabis regulations.

Licensed Markets Only

We only feature dispensaries and brands licensed by the appropriate state or territorial cannabis authority. No unlicensed operators.

Lab-Tested Products

We prioritize products with a current Certificate of Analysis (COA). When available, COAs are linked directly on the product so you can verify what is inside.

Responsible Use

DankPickz is an education and discovery platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver cannabis. All transactions happen at licensed dispensaries.

Regulatory Framework

DankPickz operates within the framework of state and territorial cannabis regulations and the rules administered by the appropriate cannabis control authorities. We do not hold a cannabis license because we do not sell, manufacture, transport, or test cannabis ourselves.

Marketing Standards

We follow CCD marketing rules: no content targeting minors, no medical or therapeutic claims, no false or misleading statements, and clear disclosure that cannabis is for adults 21+ only.

Dispensary Partners

Every dispensary featured on DankPickz holds an active cannabis license in its jurisdiction. We verify license status before listing and remove partners whose license lapses or is revoked.
